Leaving diving after meeting the mermaids for the first time, the normal cut scene played. After it ended I bugged out, was sent back underwater and turned invisible. The anchor was still there and I could move around (as I heard swimming and the camera moved) I tried to leave via the anchor again, and it went up to the surface without me. I then just kept clearing trash until I exhausted myself and was forced to pass out, which stopped me from being invis and all seemed normal.
