Can't complete Lady Lavanna guardian mural offerings

I've been able to offer Dino Prints, but when I click on other offerings as I have them nothing happens
Reproduction Steps: go to the mural offering and attempt to offer things for Lady Lavanna, but nothing happens when I click the items
Repro Rate: Happens every time I try, have reloaded multiple times
Game Platform: Steam
Game Version : 1.2 - 1240
Input Mode : keyboard and mouse

@granite aspen Do you have all 4 items in your inventory? You need to offer all 4 things at once, they need to be stacked.
