also the cutscene the game is crashing on is the opening ceremony for the founders hall so the game is unplayable right now

Could you also share your device specs with us? You can get them by following these steps:
- Press Windows + R → type dxdiag → press Enter
- In the window that opens, take a screenshot of the System tab (for CPU/RAM)
- Then go to the Display 1 tab (and Display 2 if there’s any) and take a screenshot there too (for GPU)
