Town attractions kinda break my game

Hello, I have recently started building the town attractions to reaxh Town Rank S, and when I started to build them my game got really laggy and the sound started to tear. I built the first one on its own and didn't have any problems, but when I started to build them all in ome go it started to break my game with lag and sound tears.

The bug has been happening since I built them all in one go, the recreation center is still being built though. Im playing through Steam. The build version is v1.2-1240 and im using a controller.

Sorry there's two save files and I don't know which is which
