I'm playing on ps5, and had just moved everything into my shed. All my automation chests, artisan machines, a tonne of goods, vegetables, farm product etc.

I moved my shed and have now lost everything. I tried restarting the day, still empty
(I have now managed to use the back up save process provided to me by a lovely person on question channel)

If this issue has been known for so long and not fixed, can a disclaimer at least be added to the carpenter "move" text or a confirmation popup to warn people to empty it out first? Seems the quickest and easiest solution to preventing losing progres..

Just to clarify, when you say you “moved everything into the shed,” do you mean you moved the shed itself using the Architect Desk or through the Carpenter? Or were you decorating it using Decor Mode? 😮

Sorry for not clarifying!

I moved all my chests and items into the shed since I had just built it

Then I used the carpenter to move the shed

Next morning the shed was moved, and all my chests and items were gone 🙈

First, can you clarify your game version.
And second, did you put chests in the shed after or before you moved it at the carpenter?
