Problem with a quest :(

I’m having an issue in my game with the quest “Starlet Expedition.”
This is the second time I’ve delivered Osnium crops and Kelp Essence to Cho Oyu, but despite saving my progress, the game doesn’t register the quest advancement.
Today, the counter went back down to 0 again, even though I had already completed the delivery of 30 Osnium and 7 crops.

I’m playing on PS5, and it’s really frustrating to have to redo everything, especially since it takes a long time.
Could you please fix this issue?

Known issue. Only workaround at the moment is to give everything at once

Hello @cloud anvil I’m so sorry you ran into this—especially since this makes you lose all those materials.

The team is already working on a fix. From our investigation, the issue happens when a quest is partially submitted and then the game is reload or closed, which causes the progress to reset.

As a temporary workaround, kindly gather all the required items first and submit them all at once before closing the game.
