2x today pc has frozen in the middle of play and I have to redo the day. It gets frustrating when I had started a dino halogram and it was saved so had togo hunting again because the dino things dfid not come back to me. aaait happened twice to another player on Steam pc today. Please try and let us save it more often so don't have to redo things.

Could you tell us what your last in-game activities were before the freeze happened?

Also, could you please share your device specs with us? You can get them by following these steps:

  • Press Windows + R → type dxdiag → press Enter
  • In the window that opens, take a screenshot of the System tab (for CPU/RAM)
  • Then go to the Display 1 tab (and Display 2 if there’s any) and take a screenshot there too (for GPU)

This info will help the team check further. Thank you so much.

Could you share some screenshots of your in-game Display settings with us?

Also, have you had a chance to update your graphics card drivers and verify the game files to see if that helps?

You can verify the files by going to Steam Library → right-click Coral Island → Properties → Installed Files → Verify integrity of game files.

After updating your graphics card and verifying the game files, did the freeze issue still occur during gameplay?

If it still happens, could you try changing the display setting to Medium or High to see if that helps resolve it?
