Reproduction Steps: The game will randomly freeze at different times, leading to a Fatal Error popup that returns me to desktop. I cannot determine the trigger for this, as it occurs at random.

Repro Rate: Random, but frequent. I am at Spring 12 on a new game and have experienced at least 8 crashes at this time. I have crashed on my most recent save three times so far

Also, could you try verifying your game files to see if it resolves the issue? To do so, you can follow the following steps: Open the Xbox app → right-click Coral Island → Manage → Files → click Verify and Repair

I can't record video because I never know when it's going to freeze. The entire game locks up. I've already verified the game files.

It has crashed while: mining, standing still, opening the hangout map, opening the main map, while in the pause menu, wandering the world map. It's random. I can't even get past Spring 12.

This occurred when I opened the hangout map. The prior crash log occurred while mining.

Okay, I was playing in 3840x2160 resolution on Borderless Windowed, Epic graphics setting. I switched to 1920x1080 Fullscreen and haven't had a crash since.

@rocky sable I think this one can be closed out. Looks like it just wasn't running well at high resolution.
