I see! Have you tried checking again the following in-game week and clearing the trash to see if the orb appears in a different location? The orb usually hides in the trash, so if it’s not picked up, it should respawn in a new spot the next day 🙂

I tried for a few days in a row, thinking it might have fixed the problem, but I was unsuccessful.

However, I tested it now and it had indeed moved to a different location, and I was able to activate it.
