Black Market Bug?

Hi! I've been trying to take a look at Ratih's black market. The boat always arrives on time, but for the past two weeks (in-game), her animation will show her walking out of the boat but she never appears on the dock after that. Because of this, I'm unable to take a look at her market. I've tried restarting the game, but the problem still persists. I was wondering if anyone else had this experience or is this just me?

[Copy pasted this from my initial post on Reddit. A user suggested I arrive at the dock after the boat and Ratih have settled, but it still didn't work.]

The interact for the shop is on the boat itself, not Ratih. Click on the boat between 8-10 and you can shop.

Yeah, I know that. And I also know that the pop-up for the "buy" button appears at specific angles. But, that only appears (at least, for me) when Ratih is standing in front of the boat. That has not been appearing at all, no matter what angles I try to face, because Ratih isn't there.
