Maybe I’d be able to help a little here! I got a steam deck mainly to also play coral island, I only got the LCD version but it runs really well! Only things I’ve noticed is it a very big game so the deck fans are a little noisy and the battery plummets fast but I mainly also have the deck plugged in. But other then that it runs really smooth! If you have a dock you can hook up a mouse and keyboard as well if you’re not a fan of handheld! Hope that helps! 👍

I also play on a steam deck and love the experience! I haven’t had any issues. I do keep it plugged in while playing, but can play 2-4 days unplugged before the battery runs out. But I’ve found that the battery is limited even with other games, so that isn’t a CI issue but rather just how steam deck is. I highly recommend playing on Steam Deck!
