#cannot invite to hangout

i have no idea what happened. i got online and everything is normal until i wanted to trigger some hangout dialogues. i went to meet wakuu but i met rafael on the way, then i found out that the ask option is missing, only the talk option. same goes to other romanceable npcs. is this some sort of bug or its something i did?

im playing on steam, using keyboard and mouse. game version : v1.2 - 1240
