Figured I'd share the marriage save file if anyone else wanted to marry everyone.
This save file is in early summer, year 4
Every NPC is at 10 hearts, ready to be given the ring
Tablet of Memories is in the whale chest if you want to see any of the heart events
House is upgraded to level 3
Everything else in the game is upgraded or unlocked
All achievements unlocked except the marriage and children ones

that's so kind of you
Definitely something I’m going to want to toy with once back on pc. I'll have to wait til i get it on steam to use it le-sad.
ok I've managed to put it in my saved games file. can you point me to how to actually open it in steam etc please and thank you?
may i DM you?
It's ok. my son helped me. thanks Piper
alright glad you figured it out
thanks for you offer of help
you could send me a message and help me, if you like
Steam PC only, you can follow this - #1150988964363255950 message
thank you, you are always to kind to me and so helpful
my prbolem is that save file folder does not appear in the coralprojec folder
you should be able to just drag the save file right into the folder. Then you just want to rename it the next number after your last save, and you should be good to go
my problem is that I don't see the "save file folder". I can't find it under CoralProject
Do you already have at least one save in game? It creates the folder once you have one
I do, I do. that's why I find it so wired
it doesn't look like this for you?
it looks like this for me
You don't have your save games in the same place. I don't even have a steam library in mine. Do you not have a C drive? Or do you have the game saved to your D drive?
You're in your game folder. That's not where your saves go. You need to go to App Data (it mat be hidden), then Local, then ProjectCoral.
my game is in a D drive but I don't know if my saves woudl be in the c drive
okay, ill try to find that. thanks
The got to you! Glad you got the help
File explorer then this pc ->windows -> c or d drive -> users -> name of your computer -> app data -> local -> Project Coral -> Saved -> Saved games. you should see daily saves and also backup folder
@elder zinc
if you want to add this little bit of info, it could help people who are not that tech-savy:
to open the saves folder:
press Win+E keys to open the file explorer,
just paste this into the adress bar: %localappdata%/ProjectCoral/Saved
That didn't work for me so I had to do File explorer then this pc ->windows -> c or d drive -> users -> name of your computer -> app data -> local -> Project Coral -> Saved -> Saved games. you should see daily saves and also backup folder I've tried so long and different ways to get into the saved files but this only works for me
Mine would alway look like the photo @Devine posted until i googled youtube and someone said to do it that way. It's quite frustrating when it works differently for others
because thats the game folder and not the saves folder.
the games folder has no hardcoded path, it depends on which drive the user install on and where their steam library folder is
the saves path is the same for everyone, no matter where you install the game, the saves will always be in the %localappdata%/ProjectCoral/Saved, which can be accessed as you said, via the users folder -> your user -> appdata -> local -> projectcoral -> saved, or by pasting what i wrote directly in the address bar
I feel like the issue is that people look only for ProjectCoral and then stumble on to the steam game folder.
I have tried these suggestion for years and nothing happened until I went via the youtube way to assess it. when i do it your way it says no items match your source - not everyone is a total dummy like we're made to feel if it doesn't work that way for us
theres not away to add this to an Xbox/PC [non steam] install save is there?
ok apologies
I think we need to say after Windows E, put : %localappdata%/ProjectCoral/Saved where it says HOME and not search Home
unfortunately not, no. this is PC steam only
understandable
If I decide to go this route. Will I be able to keep my save and go back and forth between both of will this over write it and I lose my old save
u keep ur save
u can have multiple saves. on pc i thin its unlimited?
Ok thank you!
Random question if I change something for me does it change for the original save or just on my end? I don't want to change something on my end and it affects everyone
keep a copy of the download separate from the file you play on playing on
Okay will do
