How to replay heart events?

I'm at 3 hearts with wakuu and just unlocked his second event, but for some reason right clicking not only continues the dialogue but auto-clicks a response for any character I talk to, so I missed some dialogue.

I know hangouts can't be replayed but can heart events?

I saw that and wondered if it's like the stairs in stardew then? So you place one and get to "skip" the level? sounds good to me lol ty
