Hey I have been playing coral island for about 2 weeks or a little more but I can’t figure out how to unlovck the ability to be able to buy the improved net and pole and I have the money for it also

Go to the Beach Shack and check the shop.

Adding to Aoki's info! to get improved bug net and fishing pole, you will need to upgrade them just like your other tools, so you can look for the upgrade tools option on the beach shack! :>
