Hola! desde hace un tiempo me está pasando que el juego se congela y no responde para nada. Tengo un pc gamer de alta gama con una tarjeta gráfica potente y aun así pasa esto con regularidad. Y eso que hubo un parche reciente y aún así el problema continúa. 😭 😭 😭 😭 😭

Hi! For a while now, I've been experiencing a game that freezes and doesn't respond at all. I have a high-end gaming PC with a powerful graphics card, and yet this happens regularly. And there was a recent patch, and the problem still persists. 😭 😭 😭 😭 😭

Las características de mi PC es:
▷ ASUS TUF Gaming B450-PLUS II
▷ AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core 3.60 GHz
▷ Ram 16GB DDR4 3600MHZ
▷ SSD 980 1TR M2
▷ Geforce RTX 3060

El juego se pega completamente y solo queda en pantalla lo que esté haciendo en ese momento. A veces la pantalla queda en negro.

En estos momentos dejé de jugar ya que mañana debo trabajar, pero mañana si me vuelve a pasar haré el video con el celular.

The game freezes completely, leaving only whatever I'm currently playing on screen. Sometimes the screen goes black.

I stopped playing right now because I have to work tomorrow, but if it happens again tomorrow I'll make the video with my cell phone.

If you’re able to replicate the freezing issue, could you also open Task Manager while it happens? This will let us see how much memory the game is using when it freezes, which would be a big help.

Hola, me volvió a pasar, pero aunque abra el Administrador de Tareas no me deja hacer nada

Tengo otro PC, mismas características pero con una gráfica AMD RX 6600 de 8gb y también me pasó igual. Aunque cuando jugué en ese PC no grabé .

May I ask which application you’re using to track this? If possible, could you switch your display mode to Windowed, then play the game with that application open? When the freezing happens, please share a video so we can take a look at the temperature 😮

Hey, was told to put my bug report here as well.
The freezing, at least on my end, occurs more often than not when i tab out of the game and try to go back in.
Sometimes it happens in-game, generally every 2 in-game days or so.
In order to close the game I have to shut it down via steam or task manager.

Also, the game lags hard, even on the simplest graphics settings. I played earlier this year on a different save file with no issues, so I know it's not my computer.

oh and also, I skip most cutscenes since I noticed the game freezes too. Specifically, the last time it happened was the cutscene with Millie in the town rank room.

Yeah unfortunately the freezing still happens really often. I did turn off typewriter mode which i hoped would fix it but nope

it doesnt happen during festivals but i notice it happens most when theres a heart event or other kind of story event in the same day, then it freezes at night in-game

Hey @gleaming lodge just wanted to update that I found the fix for me!
So apparently I was probably using the old game/display settings I had leftover from my previous run-through a couple of months ago, pre-update.
What i did was simply resetting all settings and disabling typewriter mode after a computer restart and redownload of the game via steam.
that did the trick and im no longer freezing! I can even tab out of the game now.

Yes, the in-game settings!
I still notice small (mainly visual) bugs that happen if i leave my game running for a while, so every hour or so I turn off the game and turn it back on which fixes things c:

Rock domino skill also will not work if i leave the game running for a while

Hi, I'm in early summer on the first year of a new playthrough (old one was I think late last year or early this, definitely before the last big update) and twice now the game has frozen so badly that I've had to sign out of windows (can't tab to anything else, task manager doesn't come up), once when I left it on the screen that shows after you've gone to bed on a day where the town rank increased (can't remember if it was a full increase or just one of the intermediate points) for about ten or twenty minutes while I went and did something in the kitchen, and the second time was just now when I was sitting in the bath house waiting for my energy to refill - so also basically "idling". Obviously this is a bit frustrating with not being able to make saves during the day so I'd like to be able to avoid it, anyone know what it could be?

Not sure what to add, I can't include a video or anything because there's no way to do anything but sign out of Windows. If it happens again I guess I could try and take a video with my phone but I'm disabled so holding the phone steady is quite tricky

(scrolled back a bit and I'm going to copy the last person and try resetting settings to default and see if that helps, given I've also been using the settings I changed last playthrough before the update)

Ideally I'd like not to have to reinstall because the WiFi here is pretty slow

Well, I guess it wasn't that, got through several days without a problem and now I'm frozen in the middle of collecting a coffer right near the end of the day...

Just seen this (I was directed to this post directly before)

• Reproduction Steps
  No idea, it's happened three times so far, once when the game was left open on one of the end of day screens (I think the town level up one) for several minutes while I answered the door, once while sitting in the bath house waiting for energy to refill, and just now in the late evening under the sea while clearing trash/waiting for the golden light to reach me/just as a coffer appeared from the trash I just cleared.
• Repro Rate 3 times so far (I am on Fall 3)
• Game Platform Steam
• Game Version don't know as I'm still waiting see if the game might recover... But I think I'm on the current version
• Input Mode Keyboard and mouse
• Your save file
• Attachment This will be tricky as I'm not on my own pc so discord, Gmail etc aren't logged in for me, only Steam, so getting a save file uploaded will be a bit of fuss, I can do it if necessary but I'm not sure if it'll be useful in the first place and due to disability I tend to need to avoid doing things that end up not having been needed (everything has an energy cost, even faffing about getting logged in to Gmail...)

Sigh, got through a few days without it happening, just froze in the middle of the mines, this time there's an unreal crash report trying to happen, but because I can't actually tab out (alt+tab lets me see other windows but I can't actually SWITCH to them) and as you can see, the game screen behind the Steam overlay (which I didn't bring up) has switched to earlier in the day at the museum for some reason...
