Hi! I'm trying to load the previos day in my multiplayer save but I'm really having an issue. I was following the instructions but must have messed up because now on my multiplayer screen there are two of the same save witih the same day and I can't delete one. I am the host of the save and just want to load the save from the previous in game day. Could anyone walk me through how to do this and how to fix the double save issue?

If you're on PC you can delete your save files by pressing Delete button or a mouse wheel.
How to find and pull up a backup if you're on Steam MP go to this thread - #1150988964363255950 message
It has all the instructions. But my guess you pulled the last backup of the last saved day which in the files is the same one as your current file.
Tip: check the time of last modification (shown how in the linked thread)

i have a magic mouse so i dont have a mouse wheel, and when i press the delete button it does nothing

Then delete the duplicated save file in Saved folder

that's what my save folder looks like, i can't delete the _1 it only says undo delete and then when i load the game i still have the duplicate save files

Delete dailysave_3 just like any file, it's the same as dailysave_1. Was modified the same time and has the same size.

DailySave_1 is probably the original and is saved to a steam cloud so automatically reappears when opening the game

when i do that i still have the duplicate save on the multiplayer screen

can you go to the co-op page and when you see a duplicate hover over it and long press shift, what number save is it?

okay i got a normal mouse and managed to delete that so one issue solved

now i just have to figure out how to go back a day

follow these instructions #1150988964363255950 message
basically go to the backup folder and see what is the last modified file of this dailysave_1/2/3 that is NOT the same as your original file's last modified.
Example. dailysave_1 last modified date 9/21/2025 3:54pm, if this is a MP save then in a backup folder look for a SaveBackup_1 that is modified earlier than 9/21/2025 3:54pm. And then copy it to the SaveGames folder and rename as DailySave_3/4/5/6
