Sorry if this has already been asked I tried looking for a while and couldn't see. I'm having to switch from playing on PC to console only and I'm wondering if I can get my PC save on the console? I've also bought some of the DLC bundles that were out for charity as well as used the funguys code. Is it possible for them to transfer too?
