Missing quest progress

I gave Cho Oyu the 30 osmium kelp essence before I go offline (I didnt close the game directly after I gave her the essence, still played for another few days). After I log in again, the progress got cleared as shown in the picture. How did this happen and how can I get my progress back?? Please fix this ASAP thanks a lot

the cloud log text file is the file that I found using the path given.

Also I just realised the 38 osmium crops I had given vanished too

You can load up a backup save if it hasn't been too long

if its been too long then yeah youll have to redo it. just make sure to give everyhting at once this time

THANK YOUUUU it was the very last available backup save that had my essences thank god I dont need to redo everything thank you so much
