Disguise Wanted Quest

Last night I had given Gong the blazer, glasses, and flower but was waiting one more in game day for wool and I went to bed irl. Today I go in to finish the quest and see that the parts I turned in are unmarked. Thought maybe it was just showing the request but was still completed. Turned the wool in and find that to be incorrect. I checked my storage to see if maybe the items I turned in are in a chest. They are not. I’m not too inclined to spend the money to buy the clothing I just lost again.

hey @urban oxide , thats a known bug.
unfortunately you cant get your items back unless you reload an earlier save from before you gave the items away.

the progress resets if you close the game.
the current workaround is to deliver all the items at once or in the same gaming session.
as long as you complete the quest before closing the game, you're good to go

Echoing what DarkTakayanagi mentioned above, the team has received similar reports and is already working on a fix.

From our investigation, the issue happens when the quest is partially submitted and then the game is exited or closed, which causes the progress to reset.

As a temporary workaround, we recommend gathering all the required items first and submitting them all at once. Thanks for your understanding.
