Good morning,
I always streamed Coral Island on my PS Portal, but since the update I can't stream it anymore. It's still working on my PS5, but not on my PS Portal anymore =/ when I'm starting it I get the loading screen and then a message - problem occured and I'm back to the main screen of my Portal.

Of course, this error appears every time, so it's replicatable.

I select the streaming option (picture) and then I arrive the main overview and I try to start the game and according to the message on the left top I get a connection and it's launching the game and that is where the mistake happens. And then after acknowledging the error I get back to the overview again. And when I select the game again the error occurs over and over again.

Its only valid for the PS Portal. I don't have this issue on PS5 via stream or via local start. And I also don't have the issue with other games on PS Portal in streaming mode - sadly only with Coral Island.

I'm having the same problem too.. just submitted a ticket via support email. Hopefully the team is able to fix soon.

Yes I tried it 2 hours ago and now it works again. I can't tell you what the reason was but it looks like the issue is fixed. 🙂

Hi!

Any chance the game would be updated to V1.2-1242 on the cloud streaming server on Play Station?

That may be the reason why there are connectivity issues between crossplay through PS Portal as other consoles have V1.2-1242 and the PS Portal side is still on V1.2-1240
