Base quality produce but have upgraded in the lab

So I have my seedlings upgraded to silver in the lab, but I keep getting base quality rambutan. Is this a big, or is it on purpose?

I got bronze quality once but I have had the plant sense spring and my other seedlings are giving me bronze silver and sometimes gold

It’s still rng but it’s a higher chance of getting higher quality unfortunately
