I had given all 75 osmium crops which took such a long time and then when waking up the next day to give my 30 osmium kelp essence the quest says I have given 9 crops.
This happened before when I had submitted some osmium kelp and it went hack to 0 the next day.

Hello @balmy bloom I’m so sorry you ran into this—especially since this makes you lose all those materials.
The team is already working on a fix. From our investigation, the issue happens when a quest is partially submitted and then the game is reload or closed, which causes the progress to reset.
As a temporary workaround, kindly gather all the required items first and submit them all at once before closing the game.
