Not sure if this is a "bug" or just a case of a settings change not being coded to apply to all areas of the game, but it'd be nice if toggling the clock settings from 24-hour to AM/PM would also adjust the schedules, mail, and notifications as well. I still end up having to subtract 12 from everything after noon to figure out when things are open or happening.
