Toolbelt bug

When I have tools in the toolbelt and 1 or more items in my inventory, the tools and items tend to switch places in the inventory hot bars when changing areas. The tools switch into the inventory where the items are, as well as when I switch to a certain Inventory Hot bar row and go into inventory, the tools that are in the toolbelt switch places with the items in the inventory. I noticed it doesn't really matter if it's a tool or consumable.
This happens every time I switch the hotbar or areas

Could you tell us how many times did the issue has occured?
Also, could you describe your in-game activities right before the issue occurs? 😮

Oh sorry, I meant I fixed the post 😭 the toolbar issue is still ongoing. It's been an issue ever since I can remember playing the game if I'm being honest (which was when beta was first released if I'm not mistaken)

Whenever I switch my hot bar using Q/R and then go into inventory, the tools move down into my inventory slots and out of the toolbar slots. It also happens whenever I switch between areas (example in the video)
