My friend and I went to enter the event and for some reason some of the NPCs are not present.
The only thing I did differently to enter the event was to press ALT + TAB, which ended up opening the ESC pause menu when the event started.

We're playing on the computer, me from Japan and him from Brazil and I'm the game host.
We've noticed that most of the bugs we experience happen when I ALT+TAB, so I believe there's something to it.
