Stuck underwater

Title (I was doing the 1st dive to restore the pods),
Reproduction Steps (I was cleaning up the trash, saw my energy drop and clicked on the anchor to go back to the surface and got stuck),
Repro Rate (Was the 1st time it happened for me),

@tacit rapids I was cleaning up the trash debree's. I had just unlocked the last pod. Told me I needed to speak to Ling before I continued. So I was going back to the anchor. It pulled me up along withe the ancho but then I was still stuck underwater but invisible. I able to do things normally as well like catching some of the sea critters with the net. But I tried clicking the anchor a few more times but I remained underwater. I tried asking for help and was told to just pass out at 2am too see if I get unstuck once I passed out.

I see, thank you for providing some additional details! Could you also tell us the in-game date when the issue happened? Along with that, could you send your Backup files here so we can take a closer look? It's located in the same folder as your Save File, just inside the Backup folder. For your convenience, you can compress the Backup folder into a ZIP file before sending it here

I can try, I just tried going underwater again and i'm currently stuck now again
