I was waiting until Winter 22 for the third part of the To the Surface Quest but when I woke up that day, the quest disappeared from my active quests list and is now marked completed. I tried going to the community centre, as well as the 10m diving area but nothing triggered. Is this an error or am I in the wrong place?

I only saw something telling me about the 10m dive location, not where they were on land. Does it mean that they are on land near that diving location? If so, that's really confusing.

is this your first surface quest? if it's the first, reset your diving anchor and then just go into the ocean, it will put you in the correct spot

I think it might be – honestly I cannot remember which is kind of embarrassing LOL. I tried resetting my anchor and then diving and that didn't work either.

if it's your first one, where you bring them to the surface, you need to go to the 10m spot, but after that, they'll just be in town
