I’m playing on a multiplayer save file right now. We’ve crashed multiple times, but not when this happened. I made it to the merfolk city and started the dialogue to progress from “Unwanted Guest” to “The Coral Tree”. After the dialogue, it was basically 2am. I woke up in my bed w/ a letter about my hospital bill, but now all merfolk are GONE. I can see the dialogue bubble for the ranch hand guy (by the animals on the far left), but I can’t see him. My quest list still says I’m on “Unwanted Guest”, and I don’t have access to the deep sea. I have tried restarting, waiting, and searching the lesser sea. They’re definitely gone. I was left in the cold holding Semeru’s coffee order. 🙍🏼♀️☕️

heyas! the devs are gonna need a bit more info! please follow the pinned post on reporting guidelines here https://discord.com/channels/623097219628662784/1405500398512640081 as the devs will need the requested info in order to fix the issue! It has a handy template! please also note the use of mods or any file alteration and the devs can not help you!

- Title: Merfolk met me, then left town.
- Reproduction Steps: I’m playing on a multiplayer save file right now. We’ve crashed multiple times, but not when this happened. - Repro Rate: Constant in this save file.
- In-Game Date & Time: I’m not sure. It was Summer in Year 1.
- Players & Platform: 4 players (all on Steam). I was hosting.
- Game Version: Latest Update on Steam.
- Input Mode: Keyboard & Mouse
- PC Specs: I’m not sure- it was a VR compatible build I did in 2020. I can let you know when I’m home. It’s on Windows 10, and I run the Ultra display settings without issue.
