Reproduction Steps: This has happened a couple times now but I'll pick something up and my toolbar will be stuck on 4. I can use anthing else besides what's in the 4 slot. After this happens I also cannot access the menu to look at the map or my inventory or craft anything. Nothing makes it go away besides restarting.
I also have a problem where there is stuff such as logs stuck to the ground that cannot be picked up. This happens on my farm but also in town like near trash cans.
Repro Rate: Both things have been happening often but the items getting stuck happens the most.
Game Platform: Steam

The team is already aware and working on a fix 🙂
In the meantime, here are a couple of workarounds you can try:
- Pick up any floating items before ending the day to prevent this from happening.
- If the issue has already occurred, you can reload your save from the day before and make sure to clear the items before sleeping.
For items left floating before the v1.2-1239 update, unfortunately, they’ll remain stuck until the fix is released.
