Hi! I use the Steam PC version with the most recent update of the game. As of Sunday, September 21 2025, this is a current bug in my save.
It pops up everytime I try to use any coconut to keg, jam, or press.
I’m in Summer Year 2 currently.
I realized this bug occurred after summer of year 1 because prior to the following season, I was able to jam and keg them. I only happened to run into this issue when I saw I could make coconut oil and milk and the game wouldn’t let me.
Hi, sorry for the spam! I wanted to follow up because I noticed that not only are coconuts bugged but, some other fruits and vegatables aren't being allowed into the machines. I was able to pickle pumpkins and sweet potatoes in Fall of Year 1 no issue but, I see for some reason the game won't let me put them in the mason jar anymore. This screenshot is from Year 2, Fall 17. I just took the screenshot today, September 24th, 2025. It's the most current version of the game.
You should only be able to juice pumpkins. I’ve never been able to pickle them and same with sweet potatoes. Coconuts are definitely bugged though
Are your mason jars maybe also bugged? I have also previously pickled both pumpkins and sweet potatoes, and just now have double-checked in my game that it was still working for me.
I’ve never been able to so I wouldn’t know, I would just assume you couldn’t really pickle those things in real life lol
They definitely exist as things in real life! Not so common in certain regions though.
Maybe give them a test in your game's jars, and if they don't take, it could be a similar bug as the one miss jaqi is having?
Must be a long standing bug then, I’ll see if it works later!
Can you attach a save file also to the report so that team can check it directly in your game? And a question do you use mods?
Sure can, and I appreciate everyone’s help with this matter! Is there a thread that explains how I can upload the file for you guys? When I uploaded the OP the only mods I used was, one to allow me to add more items to the queue for the machines and the weather conch mod to change the weather
I’m all starting a new save and removing mods to see if there was a conflict that might have caused it but, the issues I saw started before I added that stuff to my game
this post has the instructions #1222877204233584722 message
and also were you not able to add pumpkins and other fruits/vegetables to mason jars after adding mods?
Weather conch is also an ingame item. But the mod for the machines may cause issues that's why I'm asking
Some fruits/veggies stopped working before the mods and, sometimes I would reload and that would fix it the problem
yeah. so attach the save file so that the team can check it
Here's the save file!
Hello!
I’m really sorry for the late reply, and thanks a ton for pinging me again and sending over the save file.
I checked it with the team, and the issue didn’t show up on our end. We were able to process coconut, sweet potato, and pumpkins in all the correct artisan machines with your save file.
Could you double-check that all mods are completely removed?
Also, have you tried Verify Integrity of Game Files on Steam to see if that clears it up on your side? Thank you! 🙌
Hi hi, thanks for sharing your experience here too! 🙌
Could you let us know which platform you’re playing on?
Also, have you ever used any mods with the game before?
Don’t even know where or how to use mods but I’ve been on steam forever
No worries, I know you all are busy
I did need to verify my game files because it said two were missing and after removing all of my mods, everything worked normally! I did play test and figured out that I had a 'time processing' mod that ended up bugging some of the fruits, veggies, etc. Thank you guys for helping me troubleshoot this, I really appreciate you taking the time to help
I see! If you get a chance to play again, could you try processing those items in a few different artisan machines to see if they work now?
Let us know how it goes.
