Hi! There seems to be a bug regarding when you can collect animal products.
Example; I purchased both my sheep on the same day but one sheep was ready to be sheered already on the day after. But a few days after that I had to wait 3 days to be able to collect any wool. And after that it shifted again.
The pattern seems to be irregular for all animal products (except cows and chickens), as the collection times keeps changing.
I play on PS5.

Hi Ardian! Thank u for ur reply. I’ll try to capture it, but it’s a bug that exempts itself over the course of several in-game days, so it might take a little while for me.

Here is an example with my llamas. You can see that I can collect from one llama on day 14 (first picture) and then the other llama on day 15 (second picture), even though I bought them on the same day (shown in picture 3 & 4).
