#Unable to play MP anymore

It has started as every now and then, that my partner seemed to crash and not be able to move in his house when he loaded into the game but we could fix it with a few reloads. Since around the end of in game Summer, now every time he joins the MP Game, he falls through the floor and after 5 min his game crashes and then mine does too and I need to restart the whole game to even load back in.

Repro Rate: It now happens every time that he loads in. No matter the day, where I am or anything else.
In-Game Date & Time: Any time
Players & Platform: 2 players, my partner is not on here. I am the host, we play on Steam
Game Version: 1.2-1239
Input Mode: Keyboard & Mouse

Do you recall what your partner and you did in your last in-game activities before the issue happened?

Also, could you share your SaveGames folder in a .zip file so we can take a closer look?
You can find it by copy-pasting this file path to the File Explorer: %localappdata%\ProjectCoral\Saved\SaveGames

I don't really remember what happened right before but it usually happened every time we restarted the game another day so when he initially joins the game file.

Could you also please share the crash log file that you and your partner received?

You can find it by:

  • Copy-paste this path into the Windows File Explorer address bar:
    %localappdata%\ProjectCoral\Saved\Crashes
  • Sort the files by Date Modified to match the time the issue occurred.
  • Look for the file that ends with .xml and attach it here.
