📝 Crash Report Template
Title: Hello. I have been playing Coral Island for a while with no issues. About two days ago, my game started to freeze randomly. It freezes to the point to where I cannot click on anything, move anything, bring up a menu, nothing. I just have to ctrl alt del out of the game and lose all of my progress. This is happening on ALL of my save files. I also want to include, if possible in this same report that I have a bug with things being stuck on the ground in my one solo save. This is the one that is not co-op. They will not pick up even though I have storage in my inventory available. I will attach photos.

Reproduction Steps: Each time it happens, it has been no specific time. It has happened during a festival, during the night, during the morning, while running; literally just different times.

Repro Rate: It started off happening like once every 10 games or so, then went to like once ever 5, then once every 3, and now it's happening super often.

In-Game Date & Time: Various times

Players & Platform: It has happened both when I play solo, and when I play with my friend on co-op. We both play on Steam. When it happens on co-op, since I am the host, it just kicks her out of the server.

Game Version: You can find this below the Exit button on the title screen or at the bottom right of your screen. v1.2-1239

Hi @jovial shoal , thank you for reaching out to us! Since the issue started happening, have you tried verifying your file integrity to see if it resolves the issue? To do so, go to your Steam Library > Right-click the game > Properties > Installed Files > Verify Integrity of Game Files

I am also trying to add my crash report. My earliest one is dated 9/1/25, but it has crashed today. Does that matter?

I don't remember unfortunately, but the issue is is it has happened at multiple different times. It doesn't seem to be in one specific action. One was during a cutscene, one was when I was dashing, another was when I was in my menu, and so on. It unfortunately is not any specific movement

There is not really any way for me to record a video either. I have no idea when it will happen, which means I would need to record for quite a long time

Hello, I’m part of the team as well—thank you for letting us know the game crashed again. When this crash happens on the menu screen, does the game freeze so you can’t click anything, or does it close completely and show a Windows pop-up with multiple codes? 😮

We completely understand how difficult it is to record an issue when you don’t know exactly when it will occur. If possible, could you share what actions you were doing right before the crash (for example, which buttons you clicked or what you were doing in-game)? That would help us narrow it down 🙂

Also, could you send us a screenshot of your in-game display settings so we can review them?

It completely freezes. I cannot click anything at all, and nothing pops up. I have to ctrl alt del to get out of the game.

For actions, for that specific time, I had popped out of the game to look at something on my other screen, and when I got back on, it froze. For other examples, one was when I was watering with my watering can, another was when I was on the boat during the festival scene for the Tree Planting festival, another was at about 1 am when I hit space and sprinted in front of my farm house. Another is me going into the menu and trying to move around my inventory. There are many more I cannot remember unfortunately

I can't get into my farm at all it keeps crashing 😩 I had so much progress i had two baby's every time I click on my farm to get in it crashes i have been able to get in for a month now 😔 I'm on ps5 pls help
