Song of Ocean fail to complete

Reproduction Steps I was completing the last orchestra for the Song of the Ocean quest when my day completed mid cut scene. When I awoke, the quest showed incomplete despite all orchestras being completed.,

We’ve received a similar report where this happened in a different quest - and still gathering more info.

Could you share how many players were in your session and which platform each player was using?
Also, were you the host of the session?

Just to confirm—when the day ended in the middle of the cutscene, was it during the 10 m Orchestra site cutscene?

After that, you continued playing and completed the next 20 m and 40 m Orchestra offerings, but the quest journal still shows the 10 m Orchestra step, correct?

Could you also share all of your Backup folders so we can review the backup files?

They’re located in the same place as the DailySave file.

No, I had completed all orchestras prior to the 40m on different days. I had gathered the last resources for the 40m and jumped down there late in the day not expecting the cut scenes to go for so long, thus the timer for the day running out mid cutscene for the 40m orchestra and the game forcing my day to end. When I awoke in game, the task showed incomplete in my journal. But when I went back down, there was no way for me to complete the quest, the orchestras are all complete, and the villagers are all commenting on the song of the sea as if I had completed it. The only issue is that my journal and task registery does not mark the task complete and I do not have any quest items from completing the song of the ocean quest.

By what I have seen on youtube and streams, the cutscene completes and the player achieves this task completing this part of the story and gaining an item.
