Hi @maiden trout , thank you for reaching out to us! Do you remember if it happens after continuous gameplay or if it happened after logging in for the first time that day? Also, could you recall what you were doing on the day before, such as if you happened to fight any monsters then sleep late?

This was the first login for the day, didn’t happen before, I sadly don’t remember what happened last time since it was multiple days before, would backup saves help at all?
