Game Crashed - Saved Game Gone | Stairway Games | Page 1

Playing Coral Island through Steam and was loading my game when it suddenly crashed and deleted my save. There's no Back Up Saves and tried searching for ways on my end but there's nothing...? Any way to get help from this?

Are you playing through Steam on PC? If so, could you share your device specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, HDD/SSD, etc.)?

Additionally, did you see an Unreal Engine crash window pop up when the crash occurred?

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 9700x
GPU: Nvida Geforce RTX 3060
RAM: 32 GBs
NVMe SSD
I did see the Unreal Engine crash window pop up but I don't remember what it said and I can't recall if I sent the crash report or not

Ahh, I see. Could you check if your save file still in the File Explorer folder?
You can do it by copy and paste this into the address bar: %localappdata%\ProjectCoral\Saved\SaveGames
