#Movement WASD broke after consuming wellness fruit, restart required

Reproduction Steps

  • Consume Wellness Fruit from Floor 25 in Cave of Memories
  • Dash immediately after / into the wall in front (not sure if important)
  • WASD keys no longer function for movement
  • Dash, tools etc can still be used

Game Version - v1.2-1239
Input Mode - Mouse & Keyboard, Steam

The only way I was able to make it back to home, was to use a warp flower to farm proceed to dash into home using bug net to control direction as WASD still did not function, and then in home place a bed to sleep into.
This however does not fix the WASD lock/not functioning a full return to title is required to allow WASD to move again.

Tested to see if this can be reproduced:
Using the attached save:

  • Submit final item at altar to unlock Cave of Memories
  • Proceed to 25th floor of Cave of Memories
  • Consume Wellness Fruit
  • Dash
    -WASD no longer function
