Title: Co-op - Player 2 can't scroll in the carpenter shop
Reproduction Steps: Unable to scroll in the carpenter's shop as player 2, just jumps to the top and bottom. Unable to select any buildings. (i.e, Barn, Silo, Pond) As they are in the middle of the rotation.
