What am I missing here? Being told 'you're not a merfolk' while standing outside with a tail is... kind of amusing, but I assume means some sort of citizenship or something?
....also, tangentially related, is there some sort of underwater clothing store, and if so, when do you unlock it? I feel like my character is so naked compared to everyone else...
like I assume it's this Tidal Threads, but the Tavern and General store aren't letting me in and I have no idea where to even find the Tidal Threads store since it doesn't seem to be on the map.
