Reproduction Steps: When clearing the ocean by scythe or using the auto collector, if you have a full inventory, you can't pick up new dropped objects. Rather than clearing or being picked up the next time you swim by with empty inventory slots, they just stick about. It's lasted a few seasons now. I don't have the same glitch on my farm I think, just in the ocean. I can pick up/harvest nearby items, but the dropped items can't be cleared with any tool or automatically picked up like usual when moving near them.
Repro Rate: Happened any time I've cleared an area with a full inventory and not returned with empty slots
