#Task materials submitted but reset to 0 after loading

Hi team,

•Reproduction Steps: I was working on the task that requires 30 Osmium Kelp Essences. I had already submitted all 30, but since I hadn’t yet submitted the 75 Osmium crops, the task was not completed. After shutting down and loading the save, the task progress reverted to 0/30, as if I had never submitted them. The materials also disappeared and were not returned to my inventory. What should I do? This issue doesn’t only happen with this task—materials for other tasks have also vanished. For example, in the task involving Gong disguising as a human, I had submitted the clothes, flower, and glasses, but after reloading the save, it showed that I hadn’t submitted them.

•Game Platform: PlayStation 5

•Game Version: v1.2-1239

•Input Mode: Controller

Please help😢 I don’t want to have to gather all those materials again.

I tried this method, but it only let me roll back to the previous day, and earlier days weren’t available. After loading the save from the previous day, there was still no change, the items were still gone. Looks like I have to redo those tasks, but thank you for your reply.Butter_Saranghae_Emoji

I’m so sorry you ran into this—especially since this makes you lose all those materials. 💔

The team is already working on a fix. From our investigation, the issue happens when a quest is partially submitted and then the game is exited or closed, which causes the progress to reset.

As a temporary workaround, kindly gather all the required items first and submit them all at once before closing the game.
