Items stuck on ground

I’m not able to pull up the pictures right now sadly but I’ve seen a few other people with this bug as well, on my farm and mines specifically, there’s seed bags, crops, chopped wood and even even at one point an indoor furniture item that was glitched outside I was able to fix some how, my mines are progressively getting worse sadly as a bunch of rocks and items are glitched on the ground as well, I’m not sure how to fix it 😅
