I was able to get all the way to “finding the treasure” part. And the last thing that was said was that we have to tell Mayor Connor. Then it ended and I was back on my farm. No treasure and no cutscene with Connor. It says the quest was completed but I still only have 7 hearts with Zarah and it’s been a few days.

Hi @buoyant saddle , thank you for reaching out to us! Could you let us know which platform you're playing from (Steam PC/Deck, Xbox PC/S/X, PlayStation 5) and the current version of your game? Do you remember the in-game date when you triggered the cutscene and what you did before that?

@shei I am on Steam PC. My current version is 1.2-1239. And I can't remember the exact date but it was about Winter day ~11 (year 1). I also can't remember exactly what I did right before the cutscene.... Maybe some fishing?

Is there a way I can go into the game files and edit them so I return to heart level 6 or 7? Or remove the completed heart level 8 quest? Im fairly familiar with code and windows files, if you can point me in the right place

If you wish to revert your Save File to your previous save, you can load the game from your Backup. To activate your Backup Save, please kindly follow the steps detailed below:

  • Go to Settings on the title screen.
  • Navigate to Game and set the Show Backup option to Yes.
  • Return to the title screen, click Play, and activate Show Backup on the bottom left of the screen.

Thank you! So i went back to an older save, and redid the digging up the treasure part. And I still didn't get a treasure item in my inventory. Am I supposed to?

I do have an event with mayor connor in the couryeard of socket and pan. Does that need to happen first?
