Hi! In my current playthrough, I married Lily and when I played the game today I saw the hearts grayed out. I can still hug and kiss her but I can not hang out with her. Tried skipping a week but the hangout option will not pop up. Giving gifts doesn't fill the hearts either.

Have you had a chance to check your Backup file to see if Lily's hearts are still full? You can do that by following these steps:
This will display your available backups, allowing you to select the day you want to revert to if you haven't progressed further 🙌

Just checked my backup saves and all of them have the hearts grayed out. I am sure they where full before.

Hi @cedar zenith , We’re happy to share some good news, the fix for this issue is now live in version v1.2-1241! Please update your game to get the latest changes.
Unfortunately, this fix can’t restore any heart levels that were already lost, since that data isn’t stored in the save file.
However, it will prevent the issue from happening again moving forward. We’re really sorry for the inconvenience this caused.
You can still raise hearts back up by consistently chatting, gifting, and hanging out with the characters — you’ll be back to 15 hearts before you know it!
