Hello @wild tinsel,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention! šŸ™Œ

Could you let us know which platform you’re playing on and your current game version?

Just to confirm — you had the Junonia Shell in your inventory, but the crafting recipe still didn’t recognize it, correct? If you’re able to replicate the issue and share a short clip, that would be super helpful for our investigation.

Thanks so much! šŸ™

Yup, that’s right! I’ll pass this along to the team for checking. If we need any more info, we’ll reach out to you. Thanks a bunch for your help! love

Hi @wild tinsel! We checked with the team, and the Junonia Shell (along with other items you usually find on the beach) isn’t categorized as a Sea Scavengeable—even though you can find it in the ocean.

It’s actually part of the Beach Scavengeable category. Sea Scavengeables are only items that can be processed with the dehydrator, so this isn’t a bug. laugh2

You can also check the details of the category in our Wiki here https://coralisland.wiki/wiki/Forageable

Hopefully, it will clear things up for you. If you run into anything else, don’t hesitate to reach out. Thanks again! Butter_Saranghae_Emoji

@wild tinsel hi, not a dev, but a little perceptive from a long time player.
Junonia shell was previously available only on the beach. But since it was required for crafting underwater crops and the spawns of it on the beach were too low, team listening to feedback put them in the ocean.
So even though they are in the ocean, they are still technically beach scavangeables like a murex for example.
If in the game you’ve seen categorized as specifically a sea scavangable attach screenshot so that devs can fix it.
And always you can leave a feedback #šŸ¤coral-feedback
