Hey guys, im currently having to experience this weird thing where i cant change my toolbar? Was initially using controller but keyboard behaving the same too, any clue whats up?

I usually use the 🔺️ button to open my last menu item but its not working too
Tried to use the keyboard, no luck as well (but seems like the decor mode is safe)
Update: everything back to normal once i try to go back to title and load game again
