Constant crashing

Game keeps crashing alot go to rejoin and cant so missing half a day each tine qhere my friend has to run roubd finisg tge farm ive missed events where it womt let me reload and he has to restart the game

Yes i did that many times for it and it still does it

I can get the error once I play again
