Missing Pickaxe Completely…

I went to upgrade my pickaxe to bronze, gave the materials and the money, he said it would be a day or so. It’s been about 4 in real time days and I haven’t received it. I went back to the blacksmith to retrieve lost tools but it’s not listed as a tools nor is it listed as a tool when I try to retrieve it from my house. I’ve looked everywhere including all of my chests and it’s just gone.. I’m 60 hours into this game and I love it so much 😭 Please tell me there’s a fix! 😭

Hi @craggy plinth , thanks for reaching out to us! Could you let us know which platform you're playing from (Steam PC/Deck, Xbox PC/S/X, PlayStation 5) and your current game version? And could you let us know what you were doing before submitting the pickaxe for an upgrade at the blacksmith?

Hi! I play on PS5 and i’m not sure how to check the current version. I believe I was just having a normal day of mining then dropped off my stuff in the box to sell then went to upgrade at the blacksmith!
