Hi @odd lake , thanks for reaching out to us! We've received similar reports here https://discord.com/channels/623097219628662784/1410730856645132398 and we want to assure you that we're currently working on a fix.
In the meantime, here are a couple of workarounds you can try:
- Pick up any floating items before ending the day to prevent this from happening.
- If the issue has already occurred, you can reload your save from the day before and make sure to clear the items before sleeping.
For items left floating before the v1.2-1239 update, unfortunately, they’ll remain stuck until the fix is released.

I just saw this post after posting mine with the same bug. When would we expect this fix? Cause im honestly a bit disappointed and kinda just i cant play the game in peace with all the clutter its just something im struggling to ignore its to a point i dont even wanna play the game cause of the clutter which is killing my excitement on wanting to experience the game. @ashen mesa
